Our Process
Phase 1:
Website Design
- We build responsive mobile friendly websites.
- We initially consult for free. Affordable payments made as each phase of the process is met.
- With iMediaWebsites you will get a personal touch.
- Typically in 60 to 90 days or less as needed.
Phase 2:
Website Build
Once we have an approved design we can begin to build out the website. Your approval all along the way.
Design to Build typically 21 days.
Phase 3:
Go Live
At any point along the way we can make any portion of your website live on the web. You don't have to wait till it is completed to go live.
Going live gives you the ability to add additional services like email and 3rd party applications like web forms.
We are pay-as-you-go. Half down at time of approved design concept. 25% down anytime you want to go LIVE. The balance due at time website completion. Or no more than 90 days from when website concept was first approved.
Once you have a working LIVE website there are also maintenance fees to keep up with. Depending on what apps and services you may need to have on your website (ie: vanity email, eCommerce store, online forms, secure login, and more) will determine your monthly or annual maintenance fee. You can pay the maintenance fee monthly or save 10% and pay it annual.
